A month ago, who would have thought it? Beyonce and Kim in the same room? Doing the same stuffs? Apparently both ladies are now best friends forever. It has always been alledged that since her beau's best friend Kanye got with Kim, Beyonce thinks Kim had no substance to her celebrity status as she was a reality star. They have bonded as they have no choice as their better halves Jay Z and Kanye West are so close. Both ladies were spotted seemingly have fun like great chums at the Kanye West and Jay Z’s Watch The Throne concert.

There is a manhole in front of you lady! Well it is in a town in the US. We do love a good laugh you know. Some of the laws that are passed in a lot of countries are so funny, but some are just plain balmy. Though this makes a lot of sense but its still just funny. It is now an offence to walk while you are texting (or sexting as the case may be) in Fort Lee, New Jersey, for about a month now and already the local police department has issued 117 tickets at $85 per offence after 20 accidents were caused by distracted pedestrians texting and strolling across the road. So if you are ever in Fort Lee, New Jersey and caught walking on the sidewalk and texting (this includes tweeting, BBM and any other form of textings), you will be charged with 'Reckless walking' and a fine of $85.
