You had better not make your neighbours angry for fear of what they might do to your property while you are asleep and under the cover of darkness. See that picture up there? Well Zbigniew Filo a 24-year-old driver from Lubczyna, Poland, discovered his car up a tree after his neighbours reportedly used a crane to lift his Ford Escort 20ft onto the willow tree.

Filo's neighbours had been complaining about his dangerous driving for a good long while now and he hasn't even got a licence.

"We received a call from a man saying his car was stuck in a tree, and that his neighbours had put it there," Police spokesman Marta Pierko said. "After inspecting the site we instructed him to remove it from the tree."

"I get the message," says Filo. "But I think it was a bit harsh."

There is a manhole in front of you lady! Well it is in a town in the US. We do love a good laugh you know. Some of the laws that are passed in a lot of countries are so funny, but some are just plain balmy. Though this makes a lot of sense but its still just funny. It is now an offence to walk while you are texting (or sexting as the case may be) in Fort Lee, New Jersey, for about a month now and already the local police department has issued 117 tickets at $85 per offence after 20 accidents were caused by distracted pedestrians texting and strolling across the road. So if you are ever in Fort Lee, New Jersey and caught walking on the sidewalk and texting (this includes tweeting, BBM and any other form of textings), you will be charged with 'Reckless walking' and a fine of $85.
