Would you buy these Ice Bras?

Now this is beyond wacky. Apparently, a Japanese manufacturer Triumph has released a bra that contains built-in ice packs so women can feel "comfortable" when air conditioning isn't available. According to MyFox the bra also features a miniature fan to further aid in the cooling process and, for some reason, is designed to look like a fish tank.

The company which is known for creating novelty products that never actually come to market  apparently came up with the idea in reaction to the need to conserve energy during the hot Japanese summers, particularly in light of the country's lack of working nuclear reactors in the wake of the Fukushima disaster, according to Agence France-Presse.

There is a manhole in front of you lady! Well it is in a town in the US. We do love a good laugh you know. Some of the laws that are passed in a lot of countries are so funny, but some are just plain balmy. Though this makes a lot of sense but its still just funny. It is now an offence to walk while you are texting (or sexting as the case may be) in Fort Lee, New Jersey, for about a month now and already the local police department has issued 117 tickets at $85 per offence after 20 accidents were caused by distracted pedestrians texting and strolling across the road. So if you are ever in Fort Lee, New Jersey and caught walking on the sidewalk and texting (this includes tweeting, BBM and any other form of textings), you will be charged with 'Reckless walking' and a fine of $85.
