Rihanna is known for her partying ways and for changing her hair styles like every hour.
One hour its long, brown and curly and the next it could be short, bob and blond. So now she has gone the further length of turning her hair into dreadlocks! Yep.

She wrote on her social networking site: she long wanted dreads since she was 14, but her mother wouldn’t allow it. When asked by one of her fans if her new hair was heavy, Rihanna responded: “as Goliath’s balls.” Just be careful love, you are messing with your hairline or you could soon be wearing wigs like Wendy Williams, how you doing? Lol. Though we reckon it will be off by the weekend.

There is a manhole in front of you lady! Well it is in a town in the US. We do love a good laugh you know. Some of the laws that are passed in a lot of countries are so funny, but some are just plain balmy. Though this makes a lot of sense but its still just funny. It is now an offence to walk while you are texting (or sexting as the case may be) in Fort Lee, New Jersey, for about a month now and already the local police department has issued 117 tickets at $85 per offence after 20 accidents were caused by distracted pedestrians texting and strolling across the road. So if you are ever in Fort Lee, New Jersey and caught walking on the sidewalk and texting (this includes tweeting, BBM and any other form of textings), you will be charged with 'Reckless walking' and a fine of $85.
