If you do go to cinemas, remember to be very quiet otherwise some angry movie goer might sucker you a punch, or your child. According to Yong Hyun Kim (21), who said he paid a lot of money to see  "Titanic" in 3-D with his girlfriend; thought the person he hit was a grown man. He told police in Seattle he had asked the people sitting behind to quiet down and stop throwing popcorn, but they laughed at him. So he got up, threw an iced drink in the poor boy's face and punched him in the face!

"I got so mad that it just happened" Kim told police. He was charged May 16 with second-degree assault. If convicted, he could be sentenced to three to nine months in jail.

There is a manhole in front of you lady! Well it is in a town in the US. We do love a good laugh you know. Some of the laws that are passed in a lot of countries are so funny, but some are just plain balmy. Though this makes a lot of sense but its still just funny. It is now an offence to walk while you are texting (or sexting as the case may be) in Fort Lee, New Jersey, for about a month now and already the local police department has issued 117 tickets at $85 per offence after 20 accidents were caused by distracted pedestrians texting and strolling across the road. So if you are ever in Fort Lee, New Jersey and caught walking on the sidewalk and texting (this includes tweeting, BBM and any other form of textings), you will be charged with 'Reckless walking' and a fine of $85.
