The missing pet
Thieves/Robbers now steal pets too apparently. This is a distress call from Yeni Kuti: "This is my dog which was taken from me in an ambush in Ikeja Lagos. My car was found but we are still searching for the dog and my handbag. If anyone sees the dog please get in touch asap. Many thanks." We do hope the thieves return the dog unharmed.

There is a manhole in front of you lady! Well it is in a town in the US. We do love a good laugh you know. Some of the laws that are passed in a lot of countries are so funny, but some are just plain balmy. Though this makes a lot of sense but its still just funny. It is now an offence to walk while you are texting (or sexting as the case may be) in Fort Lee, New Jersey, for about a month now and already the local police department has issued 117 tickets at $85 per offence after 20 accidents were caused by distracted pedestrians texting and strolling across the road. So if you are ever in Fort Lee, New Jersey and caught walking on the sidewalk and texting (this includes tweeting, BBM and any other form of textings), you will be charged with 'Reckless walking' and a fine of $85. Happy texting!
