Lawsuit filed against Sean Kingston for attacking a woman

Beautiful Girls singer Sean Kingston has been served with a civil summons and complaint in connection with a lawsuit to be filed alleging he was involved in the gang attack of a woman. Kingston, a friend and touring mate of Justin Bieber, was served Friday night with the legal docs, linked to an incident that allegedly occurred after a concert in 2010 in which Kingston opened for the Baby singer. A California private investigator served the 22-year-old singer (and one of his bodyguards) as they arrived in Los Angeles on a flight from Miami. Its difficult imagining Sean attacking anyone, he looks such a teddy bear himself. Like he can gives hugs all day. Really sad.

There is a manhole in front of you lady! Well it is in a town in the US. We do love a good laugh you know. Some of the laws that are passed in a lot of countries are so funny, but some are just plain balmy. Though this makes a lot of sense but its still just funny. It is now an offence to walk while you are texting (or sexting as the case may be) in Fort Lee, New Jersey, for about a month now and already the local police department has issued 117 tickets at $85 per offence after 20 accidents were caused by distracted pedestrians texting and strolling across the road. So if you are ever in Fort Lee, New Jersey and caught walking on the sidewalk and texting (this includes tweeting, BBM and any other form of textings), you will be charged with 'Reckless walking' and a fine of $85.
