So many fatal road accidents of late. What's going on? One person has been killed and two others seriously injured in a crash involving a coach and a lorry. West Midlands Police said 20 other people on the coach suffered minor injuries in the accident near Frankley Services on the M5 in the West Midlands.

A police source said the fatality was a passenger on board the coach. The driver of the lorry was among the seriously injured. West Midlands Ambulance Service said a large number of resources had been sent to the scene on the southbound carriageway of the M5 between junctions three and four.

There is a manhole in front of you lady! Well it is in a town in the US. We do love a good laugh you know. Some of the laws that are passed in a lot of countries are so funny, but some are just plain balmy. Though this makes a lot of sense but its still just funny. It is now an offence to walk while you are texting (or sexting as the case may be) in Fort Lee, New Jersey, for about a month now and already the local police department has issued 117 tickets at $85 per offence after 20 accidents were caused by distracted pedestrians texting and strolling across the road. So if you are ever in Fort Lee, New Jersey and caught walking on the sidewalk and texting (this includes tweeting, BBM and any other form of textings), you will be charged with 'Reckless walking' and a fine of $85. Happy texting!
