A 42 year old Transsexual rap singer, Padge Victoria Windslowe a suspect in the death of 20-year-old Claudia Aderotimi, who died last year after receiving injections of a substance thought to be silicone into her buttocks at a hotel near Philadelphia International Airport has been arrested . The black madam, as she is popularly called was apprehended at a "pumping party" whenOfficers obtained a warrant for her arrest
after a 23-year-old woman nearly died of complications caused by an implant allegedly made by Windslowe a few weeks ago.
Claudia a University of West London student had flown to Philadelphia, paid a £1,000 with the hope a curvier behind would help her career as a budding rapper. The surgery was carried out at a budget hotel where she died of a heart attack.
