A great turnout for THE PAST CAME CALLING Premiere

-

All roads led to the premiere of THE PAST CAME CALLING (A Ruke Amata movie) at the Odeon Cinema Greenwich last night, and yours trully was there. Nearly all the stars of the movie were on the red carpet. The cinema was filled to overflowing, a second screen had to be opened. Enjoy some of the pictures from the event.

There is a manhole in front of you lady! Well it is in a town in the US. We do love a good laugh you know. Some of the laws that are passed in a lot of countries are so funny, but some are just plain balmy. Though this makes a lot of sense but its still just funny. It is now an offence to walk while you are texting (or sexting as the case may be) in Fort Lee, New Jersey, for about a month now and already the local police department has issued 117 tickets at $85 per offence after 20 accidents were caused by distracted pedestrians texting and strolling across the road. So if you are ever in Fort Lee, New Jersey and caught walking on the sidewalk and texting (this includes tweeting, BBM and any other form of textings), you will be charged with 'Reckless walking' and a fine of $85. Happy texting!
